Refresh existing patches for 4.10

First part of dealing with the upstream changes...

- drop rerun-autogen.sh-stretch.patch, it's in the upstream code
- also include the new uninstall sections (regardless of the fact if
  it's used or not, let's keep things neat and tidy)
